Booking Policies & Procedures

Once you have submitted your information through the Contact page, you will receive a response via email within 24-48 hours. Timing and location details will be discussed at that time as well as a customized quote for services. Once we have decided on a date and other logistics, 50% of the agreed session fee is due in order to secure your date. The remaining 50% payment must be made no later that 48 hours before the session date and time. The session fee is non refundable & non transferable. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies

If your date needs to be changed once you have booked your session, you have one reschedule allowed. You must contact us via email at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your session. If any cancellation occurs in less than 24 hours before your session, the session fee is forfeit and a new charge will be assessed for the session.

Inclement Weather

We typically work rain or shine, so if you are not willing to be photographed in rain, snow or other various elements, please proactively request via email a reschedule of your session no less than 24 hours before it is to take place. Failure to cancel will be taken as a willingness to be photographed in these elements.

In the case that the weather is truly dangerous (lightning storms, blizzards, tornadoes and other “acts of God”) – your photographer will reach out to reschedule the session.

Lateness Policy

We strongly recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early for your scheduled session. If you are running late, please call or text your photographer to let them know. If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of the predetermined begin time, unless agreed otherwise, the photographer will consider you a no-show. No refunds will be issued; future reschedule of your session is at the discretion of the photographer.

Refund Policy

In the case of camera failure, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen incident that prevents the photographer from shooting on a scheduled date, a new date will be scheduled at a time convenient for the client.

No refund will be given under any circumstances if you fail to attend the activity on the day and at the time listed, when the booking was made.

Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned; Callie Forest Photo has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed (i.e., the client has paid for a session in full) it is then considered non-refundable.  However, we will always work with you to the best of our ability to ensure that your shoot takes place and that the photos meet your expectations.
