There are singular moments in our lives that we long to hold on to every detail of. Perhaps it's a wedding, elopement, or commitment ceremony. Maybe you've just had a child, rescued a new member of your four-legged family, or moved into new living space. Or you're ready to introduce yourself to the world following a change in name or identity.
Regardless of the nature of the moment, we’re here to memorialize it— telling your story through photos that can be enjoyed for years to come.
We'll meet with you via phone, Skype, or in person at your home or favorite local spot to discuss all the details of your photography needs -- the when, the where, the hopes, the dreams, the key elements of the images.
Based on all the information, we'll put together a photography service package that meets your exact needs, whether you need an hour of coverage or a photographer on hand all day, and find a price that works for your budget needs as well.
Based on the nature of your special occasion, we'll be happy to schedule additional meetings or calls with you, including at the upcoming location to talk through details and areas of concern.
Together, we'll map the moment from start to finish, highlighting the must-haves and your most sought after shots.
We do offer photographic coverage in multiple locations and at different times based on your needs. Examples might include an engagement session followed by wedding and reception photography. Or perhaps we'll be on hand to shoot the adoption process of your new kitten as well as take shots at your home. We're open to possibilities.

It's the day we've been planning for! Your photographer will arrive 15-30 minutes before the agreed-upon time for set-up purposes. We'll be looking for you or another designated person to check in with.
If your occasion is a large gathering, such as a wedding or a commitment ceremony, we'll coordinate with a designed "point person" on any concerns that arise.

Package Pricing
No special occasion is the same. With that in mind, we don't offer pre-packaged pricing that may not fit your individualized needs. However, here's some framework:
We have an intentional focus on making photography affordable and accessible to everyone, regardless of finances. We offer subsidized rates on a case-by-case basis and financial assistance to BIPOC and LGBTQ+ Richmond community members.
We offer payment plans to break up your total amount due into three easy payments, the last of which is required before delivery of the images.
Our standard hourly rates range from $200-$400 per hour depending on the nature of the project, travel required, and depth of photographic coverage. These rates include all location-to-location travel expense, editing time, and delivery of images.
